Camargue Gas Processing Skid
A midstream conditioning and export skid: emergency shutdown valve, two three-phase production separators, pressure control, two export compressors, interstage and export cooling, condensate export and a flare/relief system.

Site CAMG, Fos-sur-Mer, France. These are not mock-ups: all five sites run side by side in the same DjiniousCC instance — 99 assets and 693 live tags, acquired at 1 Hz, historised, alarmed, and each with a procedure that has been dry-run and proven on an isolated twin.
A starved compressor walks toward its surge line
A fouled suction filter collapses CMP-01's inlet pressure and mass flow. Anti-surge margin goes negative while CMP-02 idles at part load. Surge damages the machine in seconds, and the operator's instinct — hold export by pushing the sick machine harder — is exactly wrong.
What the platform models here
Each family has a behavioural model that the live simulator and the proving twin share, so a dry-run behaves the way the plant does.

The procedure: Compressor Anti-Surge Load Transfer
Pull a starved export compressor away from its surge line and hold export throughput: unload CMP-01, transfer duty to CMP-02, open the pressure-control valve to shed back-pressure, and require operator confirmation before the change is applied. Authority class: C4 · operational action.
Step 1
Unload CMP-01 → 45 %
Step 2
Load CMP-02 → 92 %
Step 3
Open PCV-01 → 78 %

The proof: CMP-01 Suction Restriction
A suction restriction starves CMP-01: inlet pressure and mass flow collapse and the machine enters surge while CMP-02 runs at part load.
Baseline — without the procedure
- Anti-surge margin ≥ 12 % on both trains — measured −32.3 %
- CMP-02 export flow ≥ 80 kNm³/h — measured 71.2 kNm³/h
With the procedure — every assertion holds
- Anti-surge margin ≥ 12 % on both trains — measured +16.6 %
- CMP-02 export flow ≥ 80 kNm³/h — measured 88.7 kNm³/h
The machine is pulled off the surge line and export is held, both proven before a single command reaches the skid.
