Provence Hybrid Plant
A 120 MW hybrid plant: six wind turbines, four PV inverter blocks, two battery racks, the main 33/225 kV transformer, the grid connection point and a meteorological mast.

Site PROV, Manosque, France. These are not mock-ups: all five sites run side by side in the same DjiniousCC instance — 99 assets and 693 live tags, acquired at 1 Hz, historised, alarmed, and each with a procedure that has been dry-run and proven on an isolated twin.
A gust front arrives faster than a phone tree
Sustained 22 m/s wind across the field puts every turbine near rated power under high mechanical load. The protective action — ramp the field down — has to be right, agreed and applied within minutes, and it has to be defensible afterwards.
What the platform models here
Each family has a behavioural model that the live simulator and the proving twin share, so a dry-run behaves the way the plant does.

The procedure: High-Wind Curtailment Ramp-Down
Protect the wind field from mechanical overload during a high-wind gust front by ramping turbines to 30 % and confirming with the shift supervisor. Authority class: C4 · operational action.
Step 1
Decision: wind ≥ 20 m/s?
Step 2
Curtail WTG-01…06 → 30 %
Step 3
Shift-supervisor confirmation
Step 4

The proof: High-Wind Gust Front
Sustained 22 m/s wind across the field — near-rated power with high mechanical load.
Baseline — without the procedure
- Wind-field active power ≤ 1.3 MW — measured 3.60 MW
- Rotor speed ≤ 12 rpm after mitigation — measured 15.0 rpm
With the procedure — every assertion holds
- Wind-field active power ≤ 1.3 MW — measured 1.08 MW
- Rotor speed ≤ 12 rpm after mitigation — measured 4.50 rpm
Six commands intercepted on the twin. This is the loop the copilot drives end to end in the copilot capture below.
